How do I rent a car?

You can rent a car by simply clicking on the Reservation button, by calling +34 071 072 061, or by email on info@therideibiza.com.
If you choose to reserve a car online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.

What insurance is needed to rent a vehicle?

All our vehicles are full-risk insured, including a mandatory insurance excess established for each vehicle group according to its category.

Which is the minimum/maximum allowed age to rent a vehicle?

The drivers’ allowed age range for the rentals is between 21 and 65 years old. The young drivers (between 21 and 25 y.o.) must pay an additional fee. The young driver additional fee is 14.50€ per day, maximum 145.00€ for each rental.

What kind of card can I use to pay the rental?

Debit cards are accepted for the web booking, but is mandatory to present a credit card of the same holder to pay the corresponding deposits at the moment of the vehicle pick up. We apply a payment block on the card, refundable. Debit / credit cards of third parties are not accepted, must belong to the owner of the rental contract.

Can I pay with AMEX?

Yes, we have official agreement with AMEX.
Don’t worry, we take care of the commission.
NOTE: We only accept AMEX for standard payments, the deposits must be processed with VISA or Master Card.

Where do I pick up the vehicle?

We offer you the possibility to pick up the vehicle at the airport (commercial or private terminal), at our office,at an hotel or at a private property.

Do the cars have GPS maps?

Most of our vehicles are brand new models and have GPS integrated, except the classic vehicles.

Can I change the car after the reservation?

Yes. If you would like to change or cancel your reservation of a car after approving it, please call +34 971 072 061 or request it by contacts provided in the Contacts page.

What I do if I don’t remember where I parked the vehicle?

All our vehicles have GPS tracker installed. We will help you to find it!

What deposits do I have to authorize on my credit card?

It is mandatory to deposit the insurance franchise and security deposit. This amount is blocked on your card and is 100% refundable at the end of the rental.
